These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ridan.ai website and services ("Service") operated by Good Doapmine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ridan.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
02. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on ridan.ai for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials.
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ridan.ai.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
03. User Accounts
When you create an account or register your license with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account or license on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials or 6-digit code used to access the Service and for any activities conducted under your license.
04. Subscriptions and Payments
Parts of the Service (such as Pro Plan or Family Plan) are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annual). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partner (Razorpay). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
05. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, algorithms, behavioral intervention features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Good Doapmine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
06. User Content
You retain your rights to any content or preferences you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process such content solely in connection with delivering the Service to you.
07. Disclaimer
The materials and software on ridan.ai are provided on an "as is" basis. Good Doapmine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
08. Limitations & Governing Law
In no event shall Good Doapmine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ridan.ai.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab, India.
09. Changes & Contact Us
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
